New Delhi, November 03 (ANI): In one of the most daring acts by Israel since the outbreak of the war, the IDF stormed Lebanese territory on Nov 3. Israeli forces sneaked into Lebanon’s Batroun and nabbed a senior Hezbollah operative, who is an expert in his field. CCTV footage that emerged on Nov 2 shows Israeli naval forces capturing Imad Amhaz in Batroun on Nov 1. According to an Israeli military official, the operative has been transferred to Israeli territory and is being investigated. Lebanese PM Najib Mikati ordered an investigation into the kidnapping and is also set to file a complaint with the UNSC. Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said security forces were investigating the incident. These developments came days after Naim Qassem was elected as the new chief of the Iran-backed Hezbollah.
